DOCUMENTATION

We’ll work with you to assess and fill the needs
of your learners with documentation that your firm will
actually use, focusing on quick reference cards and
e-documentation. Our trainers refer to documentation
in class, encouraging users to check references before
calling the help desk.
PRINTED REFERENCES
Our printed documentation is compact, easy to
use and highly customized to reflect your environment,
including screen shots of your desktop and applications
and comprehensive step-by-step instructions of your
procedures. We will work with you to develop task-specific
references using the format you prefer.
E-LEARNING
We have developed on-line videos that demonstrate
the most frequently used but least frequently understood
procedures. These fast-moving references are available
with and without audio.
As an experienced TutorPro partner, we can advise you
on the best design and deployment of your TutorPro package.
