EncoreTech’s focus is end user training, instructional design, and support. That’s our expertise, and what we do best. Our principals believe strongly in this vision; and this has allowed us to excel by concentrating on the development and refinement of our core strengths. We have chosen not to dilute our offerings with systems integration services or the aggressive promotion of software sales. Although we can provide our customers with software sales when requested, we consider this service a convenience, and are just as happy to have them work directly with each vendor. We believe it’s our clear focus on our core strengths that makes EncoreTech the leader in the technology training field.
